  • Health Information: Medical history relevant to the requested services, diagnoses, treatment summaries, hospital admission details, physician reports, laboratory results, imaging reports, and other healthcare documentation necessary for coordination.
  • Insurance Information: Insurance carrier, policy number, membership details, eligibility information, guarantees of payment (GOP), pre-authorizations, and claims-related documentation.
  • Administrative Information: Travel itineraries, emergency contacts, healthcare provider information, billing records, and communications related to the coordination of care.

We collect this information directly from patients, authorized representatives, healthcare providers, insurance companies, or other parties authorized to share such information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal information only when necessary to provide our healthcare coordination and administrative services. Depending on the circumstances, we may use your information to:

  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain Guarantees of Payment (GOP).
  • Coordinate appointments, hospital admissions, medical transfers, and continuity of care.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, hospitals, laboratories, and insurance companies.
  • Process medical billing, direct billing arrangements, and insurance claims administration.
  • Provide multilingual patient assistance and case management services.
  • Respond to medical coordination requests, customer service inquiries, and operational communications.
  • Comply with applicable legal, contractual, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

Where required by applicable law, we process personal information only with an appropriate legal basis, including contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests, vital interests, or the individual’s consent.
