2. Provider Independence & Liability
Every healthcare center, clinic, lab, diagnostic office, and clinical physician within the BillMed network operates as an entirely independent contractor. Each provider is solely and exclusively responsible for the quality of care, medical diagnostics, prescriptions, surgeries, and all clinical results. BillMed International Inc. coordinates administrative access only and shall not be held liable for any clinical errors, medical malpractice, omissions, or injuries resulting from treatments received at any coordinated provider.
3. Insurance Coverage & Coordination
Benefit verification, payment approvals, eligibility, and overall coverage remain strictly subject to the traveler's individual insurance policy terms, limits, and final authorization by their insurance carrier. BillMed coordinates direct billing and administrative access as an agent but does not guarantee claim approval or full reimbursement. All medical coordination is performed in accordance with administrative verification protocols.
4. Insurance Network & Trademark Notice
BillMed International Inc. maintains established coordination relationships and direct billing arrangements with numerous international travel insurance companies and assistance organizations. Insurance company names, trademarks, and logos displayed on this website are used solely to identify organizations with whom BillMed regularly coordinates patient care, eligibility verification, and billing services. The use of these names or logos does not imply ownership, endorsement, or an exclusive partnership unless expressly stated.
5. Provider Verification and Accreditation
We perform standard administrative reviews, verifying that all clinics, hospitals, and medical practitioners in our network hold valid operating licenses, official registrations, and relevant credentials before listing. However, patients and coordinators are encouraged to review specific physician credentials directly with the medical center prior to undergoing specialized treatments.
